Same Day & Express T-shirt Printing

Best for photo-realistic, full colour results for 1 t-shirt or 100.

How fast can you actually print my t-shirts?

Standard production runs 10 to 14 business days, and that is what your order falls under unless you tell us otherwise. If your deadline is tighter than that, select a Rush option at checkout and your job moves up the queue. One thing worth knowing: orders placed after 10am are not picked up by the team until the next business day, because that is when we place stock orders with our suppliers. Ordering at 9am instead of 11am can genuinely save you a day.

Which printing method is quickest for a rush job?

Direct to film prints straight from your file with no setup and no minimum order, which is why every order placed through the front end of our site is printed this way by default. Direct to garment works the same way for cotton. Screen printing needs screens made before the first shirt runs and has a 20-unit minimum, and embroidery needs your logo digitised first, so neither suits a tight deadline. If the clock is against you, stay with DTF.

Digital printing process

Step 1 - Design Preparation

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing begins with design preparation, where the design is created or finalized using graphic design software. The file should be high-resolution (300 DPI) and in a compatible format like PNG with a transparent background. Colors are optimized for print, and the design is resized to fit the garment specifications.

Step 2 - Garment Preparation

The garment is prepared by applying a pre-treatment solution, which enhances ink absorption and durability, especially for cotton or cotton-blend fabrics. The fabric is then dried using a heat press to set the pre-treatment and create a smooth, flat surface for printing.

Step 3 - Printing

The prepared garment is loaded onto the printer’s platen, carefully aligned to avoid wrinkles. A DTG printer applies the design directly to the fabric using water-based inks for vibrant, accurate results. For darker garments, a white ink base layer is printed first before adding colors.

Step 4 - Curing the Ink

The printed garment is cured using a heat press or conveyor dryer. This step ensures the ink bonds with the fabric, improving durability and washability, resulting in a high-quality finished product.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a standard order take?

10 to 14 business days under Standard Production. Rush options are available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Is there a daily cut-off for orders?

Yes. Orders placed after 10am are not received by the production team until the following business day, because that is our cut-off for ordering stock from suppliers.

What are my express delivery options?

Express postage is $14.95 for the first item and $1 for each item after that, sent via TGE, StarTrack Express or Australia Post Express — we pick whichever is fastest to your postcode. Note that StarTrack and TGE cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

How much is regular postage?

$12.50 for the first item and 25c for each additional item. Regular post takes 3 to 5 or more business days depending on where you are.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes. Local pickup is available from 11 Maud Street, Newstead QLD 4006. Pickup orders still run under Standard Production unless you have selected a Rush option at checkout.

Does express shipping speed up printing?

No. Express postage affects transit time only — production time is separate. If your deadline is tight you need both a Rush option and express postage, not just one of them.
