Event & Festival Merch

Best for photo-realistic, full colour results for 1 t-shirt or 100.

Can you print merch at our event?

Yes. We have a mobile printing setup we can bring to your venue and print garments as people want them — it works for concerts, festivals, sporting events, conferences and brand activations. There are no minimum orders on onsite printing and everything is printed with eco-friendly water-based inks. It also solves the quantity problem: you print to actual demand instead of guessing size splits months out and carting the leftovers home.

How far ahead should we order event merch?

For printed stock delivered before the event, allow the 10 to 14 business day Standard Production window plus postage on top — regular post is 3 to 5 or more business days, express is faster but still needs counting. Events have immovable dates, so build in buffer rather than relying on a Rush option. For onsite printing, get in touch as early as you can, because event dates book out.

Digital printing process

Step 1 - Design Preparation

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing begins with design preparation, where the design is created or finalized using graphic design software. The file should be high-resolution (300 DPI) and in a compatible format like PNG with a transparent background. Colors are optimized for print, and the design is resized to fit the garment specifications.

Step 2 - Garment Preparation

The garment is prepared by applying a pre-treatment solution, which enhances ink absorption and durability, especially for cotton or cotton-blend fabrics. The fabric is then dried using a heat press to set the pre-treatment and create a smooth, flat surface for printing.

Step 3 - Printing

The prepared garment is loaded onto the printer’s platen, carefully aligned to avoid wrinkles. A DTG printer applies the design directly to the fabric using water-based inks for vibrant, accurate results. For darker garments, a white ink base layer is printed first before adding colors.

Step 4 - Curing the Ink

The printed garment is cured using a heat press or conveyor dryer. This step ensures the ink bonds with the fabric, improving durability and washability, resulting in a high-quality finished product.

Frequently asked questions

Do you print live at events?

Yes. Our mobile setup can come to your venue and print garments on demand for festivals, concerts, sporting events and activations.

Is there a minimum order for onsite printing?

No. Onsite printing and print on demand have no minimum order quantity.

How long before the event should we order?

Allow 10 to 14 business days production plus postage. Regular post is 3 to 5 or more business days; express is $14.95 for the first item and $1 per item after that.

What if we do not sell everything?

Unsold stock is yours to keep, which is exactly why onsite printing is worth considering — you print only what people actually buy.

Can we do staff shirts and saleable merch in one order?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper to combine them because your total quantity drives the price.

What inks do you use?

Water-based, eco-friendly inks across digital and print on demand work. Direct to film prints are durable and will not crack, peel or fade.
