Adelaide t-shirt printing, answered

Do you have a shop in Adelaide?

No. Everything is printed in house at our Newstead factory in Brisbane and posted to you. That is how we keep the prices where they are, and it means Adelaide orders get the same gear and the same turnaround as a local one.

How long does delivery to Adelaide take?

Standard production is 7 to 10 business days, then postage on top: 4 to 6 business days by regular post, or 2 to 3 by Express Post. In a hurry, pick the 3 to 5 day Express option at checkout. Orders placed after 10am start the next business day.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order one shirt or five hundred. Bulk discounts start at 5 items.

What does shipping to Adelaide cost?

It is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the weight of the order. Both regular and express are tracked. Local pickup is free, but only from Newstead in Brisbane.

Will I see my design before it prints?

The preview in the online designer is exactly what we print, so what you see on screen is what arrives. On bulk orders, which we quote by hand, we send artwork through for your approval before anything goes on a shirt.

What if something arrives wrong?

Our 100% reprint guarantee covers print faults, faulty garments, the wrong size or colour, and damage in transit. Send us photos within 14 days of delivery and we reprint free, or refund if a reprint cannot fix it.
