Shopify print on demand FAQs
Do I need to use Shopify?
Yes, Colouroo is a Shopify app. If you sell somewhere else, or want us to print bulk orders, our regular print on demand service still has you covered.
How is this different from your affiliate store program?
With the affiliate program, customers buy from a shop on our site and we pay you commission. With Colouroo, the shop is yours on Shopify, you set the prices, and you collect the sale. We just print and post.
How long does an order take?
We print and post within 3 business days of the order being paid. Delivery on top of that is 2 to 7 days by regular post across Australia, or 1 to 2 days by express.
When am I charged?
When a customer places an order in your store, we charge the card on file in the app for the product and postage. The order goes into production once that payment clears. You get a tax invoice each time.
Will my customers know The Tshirt Mill printed it?
No. Parcels are packed under your store's name with no Tshirt Mill or Colouroo branding.
What print method do you use?
Full colour direct to film (DTF) transfers, pressed in house. They hold up to washing and work on cotton, blends and stretch fabrics.
What if there's a problem with an order?
