Over the break

We’re taking a couple of weeks to recharge with our families. The phones and inbox are quiet while we’re away, and we’ll get back to everyone when we return on Tuesday 5 January.

You can still order over the break. The online designer works the whole time, and anything placed while we’re closed goes into the queue for our first day back.

A note on shipping

Once it’s with Australia Post, it’s in their hands

These dates are Australia Post’s own Christmas sending dates worked back to our production times. They’re our best advice, not a guarantee. December is their busiest month, and we can’t control delays in their network.

If something arrives damaged or we get it wrong, our reprint guarantee still covers you.

Cutting it fine?

Call us on 07 3846 1008, 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and we’ll tell you straight whether we can make it.

What if I miss the cut-off?

Choose a faster production option at checkout and Express Post. If you’re past the rush dates too, we’ll still print it, it just may not arrive before Christmas.

I’m in a regional area. Which date do I use?

Order by Monday 30 November. The state dates are for metro addresses, and regional deliveries can take a few days longer in December.

Can I pick up instead?

Yes. Free pickup from 11 Maud St, Newstead, 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Order by Tuesday 8 December on standard production, and later with rush production.

What happens to orders placed over the break?

They’re saved and go into the queue for our first day back on Tuesday 5 January.
