Custom Embroidery for Caps & Hats

Best for garments that work as hard as you do.

Logo Embroidery on Hats, Done Properly

A cap has a curve, a seam and a structured front panel, which is exactly the combination that makes printing awkward. Custom embroidery doesn't care. Your logo is stitched into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it follows the shape of the cap and won't crack, peel or fade off the front after a summer of wear.

Once upon a time embroidery was done with a human hand attached to the needle and thread, but these days we have nifty big machines that do a lot of the heavy lifting – which means a premium finish without a premium wait. Your artwork gets digitised into a stitch file first, and that file is what the machine runs, so every cap in the order comes out identical to the last.

Logo embroidery on hats suits clean, confident artwork best: crisp lettering, a club emblem, a wordmark, a simple icon. Very fine detail and subtle gradients don't survive the translation to thread, so if your logo is busy we'll usually suggest a simplified version for the cap and keep the full one for your tees. Send it through and we'll tell you straight what'll work.

The same goes for the rest of your gear – our embroidery service covers polos, hoodies, jackets and workwear, so your branding matches from the cap down.

Custom Embroidered Hats and Caps for Every Crew

A cap is the one piece of branded gear that gets worn without anyone being asked to wear it. Trades crews live in them, clubs sell them to supporters, and staff keep wearing them long after they've left the job. Our embroidered caps in Australia are a hit with:

  • Tradies and site crews
  • Sports clubs, teams and supporter groups
  • Golf days and corporate events
  • Cafés, breweries and venues
  • Streetwear labels and artists
  • Festivals, fundraisers and promo crews
  •

There's no minimum order quantity on custom embroidered hats, so you can stitch up one cap for a gift or a full run for a team without being pushed into a bulk order you don't need. Want just one? No problem. Unlike other providers, we don't force you into bulk orders.

Most caps get a front-panel logo, but the side panels and the back strap area are both fair game too – a small mark on the side or the rear is a neat touch on club and brand merch. Kitting out a whole team? Our business merch range covers caps alongside your polos, hoodies and workwear, so the branding matches across everything. Ready to bring your brand to life? Custom Cap Embroidery FAQs

Is there a minimum order for embroidered caps?

No. Order one cap or a hundred. Bulk discounts kick in as your quantity goes up, but there's no minimum to get started.

How long does cap embroidery take?

Standard Production is 10 to 14 business days plus postage. New artwork needs digitising into a stitch file first, which is a one-off step at the start. If you need them for an event or a season, order well before you think you need to.

What artwork works best for logo embroidery on hats?

Clean lettering, a club emblem, a wordmark or a simple icon. Thread can't hold very fine detail or subtle gradients the way a print can, and a cap gives you a small area to work with. Send us your logo and we'll tell you whether it'll stitch well as-is or needs simplifying.

What file do I need to send?

A vector file is ideal. A high-resolution image works too – the higher the resolution, the sharper the result. Not sure what you've got? Upload it anyway and our team will check it before anything goes to production.

How many colours can I have in the embroidery?

Several, and multi-colour logos are routine. Every colour is a separate thread though, so a simpler palette generally stitches cleaner and sits flatter on the cap than a busy one.

Where on the cap can you embroider?

The front panel is the standard position. Side panels and the rear are also options, and a small secondary mark on the side or back works well on club and brand merch. Tell us what you're after and we'll sort the placement.

Can I mix cap styles and colours in one order?

Yes. Mix styles, colours and sizes across the one order. Your quantity still counts as a whole for bulk pricing.

Can I embroider caps and other garments in the same order?

Yes. Run the same logo across caps, polos, hoodies and jackets in the one order – handy when you're kitting out a team and want everything to match.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship everywhere in Australia. Reminder: all our orders are custom printed just for you right here in Brisbane!
